VACANCIES

We are looking to recruit a further Nurse Practioner and this advert will shortly be available on NHS Jobsite.

We currently have a full time apprentice vacancy who will be required to study for an NVQ2 in Business Administration. This will be partly working in our dispensary as a prescription clerk. Please contact Julie Withey our Business Manager in the first instance to request further information.

NEW PARTNER

South Holderness Medical Practice is pleased to announce that Dr Julian Clark joined the practice as a new partner on 24th June. Dr Clark is an experienced GP who has been working as a partner in Grimsby for the last 20 years. He has a strong interest in Medical Education and has links with both GP Registrar Training and the Hull York Medical School. The practice has a long history in providing Medical Education and we are sure Dr Clark will help strengthen this further.

New telephone system

We are pleased to confirm our new telephone system has been commissioned and will be in place in late early August. There will be one local number for all 3 surgeries.

Online Appointments

A small number of appointments only are available to book online  during this interim period.

We are planning to make improvements to our online offering in the next few months.

New Staff

Our new Nurse Practioner Jackie Carline has now started at the surgery. She will work alongside our existing Nurse Practioner Debbie Burkinshaw.

We continue to have a very high number of patients who fail to attend appointments they have made each day so please do remember to cancel so they can be offered to other patients who may really need them . You can cancel your appointments online.
