A small number of online appointments are available to book. This includes onlline booking for telephone appointments.

We continue to have a very high number of patients who fail to attend appointments they have made each day so please do remember to cancel so they can be offered to other patients who may really need them . You can cancel your appointments online.
 Online Access to records

We now offer patients limited access to their medical records. We will have further information about this on our website shortly. Please note you will need to provide photographic ID to get the required log on. Please ask reception for more information.

Practice Management

Miss Julie Withey (f)
Is our Business Manager and deals with finance and the development of the practice. She is the overall manager of the business.
Mrs Gina-Marie Peckitt (f)
is our Practice Services Manager. She manages our Admin and reception teams and deals with initial complaints.

The practice employs a number of receptionists and an administration team. They do a difficult job well and are here to help you. Please remember, when asked by the receptionist what appears to be an intrusive question, she is only acting on instructions from the doctors.  Receptionists and other staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
