Early Learning and Childcare - from September 2010 all 3 and 4 year olds who are eligible for the early learning and childcare places will be entitled to 15 hours per week. This is an increase from the existing 12.5 hours. From last September 2009 some childcare settings have offered 15 hours as part of a pilot.
